My "I" Stories...

I began my career at McDonald's® in 1987 as a prestigious Store Activities Representative, better known in the store as a STAR. Right off the bat, the McDonald's management team recognized my creative talents and skills, putting me to work coordinating birthday parties and directing Family Fun Nights activities which include coloring contests, holiday dinners and crafts. As a STAR, I am also responsible for organizing activities with local schools like Camp Mickey D's, a summer work readiness program that educates students on basic work skills. As a result of my hard work, I was honored with the 2005Crew Member of the Year award. After 19 years of employment with this company, I could not think of a better place to be. I truly believe in the McDonald's message and I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for the support I received from this amazing company.
