CREW PERSON
A McDonald’s Crew Member is the most important position in the restaurant because they represent McDonald’s to our customers. General duties include:
- Ensure Fast Accurate Service
- Assist Guests with Special Needs
- Hospitality (Greeting Customers, Handling Customers Complaints, Smiling etc.)
- Cleaning all Areas of Restaurant (Floors, Trash, Restrooms, Tables, etc.)
- Take, Assemble & Present Food Orders
- Operate Cash Register
- Cook & prepare Food
- Assist New Team Mates
- Receive & Stock Produce
CREW TRAINER
Helps manage in certain situations:
- Must know their area procedures, including times and temperatures
- Assists in completing Station Observation Checklist
- Must be able to perform all Crew Person duties and achieve maximum results
- Conducts initial station training
- Determines if Crew Members are ready to be verified
FLOOR SUPERVISOR (HOURLY)
The Primary Accountability is to assist the manager in delivering exceptional levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC& V) by carrying out the following duties:
- PEOPLE, QSC&V, SALES GROWTH
CERTIFIED SHIFT MANAGER (HOURLY)
Duties are the same as the Floor Supervisor with Some added responsibilities:
- PEOPLE, QSC&V, SALES GROWTH, ADMINISTRATIVE
SECOND ASSISTANT MANAGER (SALARY)
The Primary Accountability is to assist the manager in delivering exceptional levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC& V) by carrying out the following duties:
- PEOPLE, QSC&V, SALES GROWTH, SERVICE AREA, LABOR SCHEDULING, PLANNED MAINTENANCE AND MISC.
FIRST ASSISTANT MANAGER (SALARY)
The Primary Accountability is to assist the manager in delivering exceptional levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC& V) by carrying out the following duties:
- PEOPLE, QSC&V, SALES GROWTH, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTION AREA, PLANNED AND DAILY MAINTENANCE, SELF DEVELOPMENT.
RESTAURANT MANAGER (SALARY)
Oversees and develops all areas of the restaurants: Grill Zone Managers, Drive-thru Zone Managers, Front Counter Zone Managers, Certified Swing Managers, Floor Supervisors, Crew Leaders and Crew Members. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction, Sales, People, and Profits.
OPERATIONS EXPERT (SALARY)
Assess and develop targeted employees (i.e.. high potential individuals). Work with Store Managers on development of Assistant Managers. Work with Store Manager, Operations Consultant, and Operations Manager to identify each of their specific roles in the training process, and collaborate with them on training of Store Management.
