FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

McDonald's can help your organization or school RAISE MONEY while providing an evening of FUN! We offer the following types of fundraisers:

• McDonald's Night Fundraiser
• McTeachers Night Fundraiser

HERE'S HOW YOU PROFIT!

• "McDonald's Night" Fundraiser - You select a date for your group to come to McDonald's. We can create flyers that you can copy to advertise the event. For school groups we can provide stickers to serve as a reminder to parents. You earn 15% of the total sales (before tax) for your group! We will send you a check for the amount that you have earned within two or three weeks of the event.
• "McTeachers Night" Fundraiser - A McDonald's Night fundraiser with a twist! Invite teachers, staff, coaches, etc. to "work" behind the counter at McDonald's. Advertise the time each person works to your group for extra fun! We will provide a special "thank you" gift for those who volunteer!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!

1. Contact Jonathan Chan at 972-890-1227 and he will help you to set up the fundraiser that best suits your needs.

2. Schedule a time at least two weeks in advance (it's best to give yourself plenty of time for promoting the event). The times offered for fundraisers are Tuesday - Friday from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

3. Your job is to heavily promote the event within your school or organization. PROMOTION is the KEY to a SUCCESSFUL fundraiser! Encourage everyone to bring his or her family to the chosen McDonald's during the designated time. Remind everyone to let us know that they are supporters of your group or school before they order. This can be done inside the restaurant or through the Drive Thru!
