Teachers Make the Difference!
Did you know that McDonald’s does more than serve a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner? Since we’re a part of the community, we want to be involved in its well being. We can work with you in many areas.
INCENTIVES
We can set up incentive programs for educational activities, perfect attendance, health or safety by rewarding the students with coupons for FREE McDonald’s food. Makin’ The Grade!We offer an ongoing incentive for good grades called “Makin’ The Grade”. A student simply needs to bring his or her report card with an “A” or equivalent to any participating McDonald’s and the student will receive a free item depending on how many A’s or equivalent they have made during this grading period. (Report Card can only be redeemed once per grading period). FUNDRAISER PROGRAMSMcDonald’s offers several ways to raise funds for your programs:· “McTeacher Night”. This is usually done between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. on a weeknight in the fall or early spring with the principal and some of the teachers working in the restaurant. A percentage of the sales for that time will go the school.· Orange Bowl. You may schedule to pick up one of our Orange Drink Concentrated which will make 5 gallons of Orange Drink. You may also receive ice and cups for FREE. You pay only a nominal charge for the drink. If your event is to raise funds, you can sell the drink and add the money to your fund.· “Mickey D’s Value Pack”. A colorful array of 24 coupons that can be sold for $5, saving the purchaser $25. The profit is approximately $4.25 per book sold. STORE TOURSWe have special “backstage” tours, which are fun and educational for any age. As an added “treat” to people touring McDonald’s, we do serve refreshments, a small drink and fries to each guest. Tours should be scheduled two weeks in advance.
