Hi my name is Lupe; I am the Irving area supervisor for Grissett Enterprises LLC McDonald’s. I have been with the organization for over three years starting as the store manager of the Cooper/Green Oaks location in Arlington. But, I originally started as a crew member with McDonald’s in California. I held that position for just over a year before being promoted to crew trainer. I have won the “Outstanding Manager Award” three times.

As a supervisor, I pride myself on my ability to recognize outstanding crew members and help them develop their talents to reach their personal goals. My goal is to make my restaurants the most profitable in the organization. I lead my people by example and respect their personal needs, which has helped me reach my many of targets.

I have enjoyed my experiences with this organization and love working for McDonald’s. It has given the unique opportunity to have a successful career and the flexibility to raise my family. I have four children. In my spare time I love to read and go walking.
