As a valued employee, you are entitled to one free meal for each shift that you work.

McDonald's crew uniform includes hat, shirt, pants, "shoes for crew" shoes, and name badge provide to you at no cost. As a minium each crew member should have 2 complete uniforms (i.e. two shirts, two pants, and a hat). If they work more than 30 hours per week they should have three shirts and three pants.

With a Gold card you get discounts on everyday expenses - like haircuts, clothing, and cell phone - at places that you like to shop at. You also get a meal discount at the restaurant that you work at: Ask your restaurant manager for more information.

Scholarships are awarded annually under the McDonald's Employee Scholarship Program. Winners receive a grant to attend any accredited institution that offers post - secondary education and/or career training and instruction and may use the award to study in whatever field they choose.
