Crew Members shall be eligible for rate increases every six (6) months. Employees who meet or exceed the maximum stated pay rate shall be considered annually for pay increases.

McDonald's has arranged for the option to deposit your paycheck directly into your account at your bank or savings institution.
- Paid every other Friday
All employees are paid every other Friday.
- SALARIED MANAGERS
- Paid Vacation
- Certified Swing
If you are a certified Swing Manager or above, you are eligible for one week of paid vacation after one year of continuous service. A vacation week is defined as five (5) days plus (2) days.
- Salaried Manager
Salaried Manager, you are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation after one year of continuous service and three weeks of paid vacation after 8 years of continuous service. If you are eligible to receive three weeks of vacation you have the option to receive pay for one week (1 week only) in lieu of actually taking vacation days. You must submit your option in writing prior to June 1st of each year.

Managers are eligible for one meal plus one additional drink per shift
- Free Uniforms
Managers will receive free uniforms, with an estimated value of $100.00. The number of free uniforms the employee will receive will be determined by the number of hours he/she is scheduled to work.

All salaried Managers are encouraged to attend courses which will improve their performance and enhance productivity
- Insurance
- Group Medical Insurance
Janus provides Medical and Dental coverage for all Store Managers and Assistant Managers under our Group Medical Insurance Plan. Managers may choose coverage for their dependents. Janus will pay part of the cost of the premium for Medical insurance for the employee coverage only. Employees who choose Dental insurance must pay the entire cost of the premium. If you have any questions concerning either Medical or Dental insurance, please contact the Human Resources Manager.
- Accident Only Insurance
Accident Only Insurance provides you and your family with Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and medical expense benefits due to injuries sustained in a Covered Accident. Benefits are payable from the first day of coverage. The program pays benefits directly to the employee, regardless of any other insurance coverage. Your coverage cannot be cancelled or your benefits reduced, even if you change jobs, and you may renew the policy for as long as you live
- Cancer Protection Insurance
Cancer Protection Insurance offers an affordable solution to the risk of expensive medical expenses associated with cancer treatment. The program covers employees for the actual charges of treatment for cancer, leukemia or Hodgkin's disease, subject to certain maximum amounts. This insurance will only be issued to persons who have not previously been diagnosed as having cancer. The program pays benefits directly to the employee, regardless of any other health coverage. Your coverage cannot be cancelled, even if you change jobs, and you may renew the policy for as long as you live.
- Life Insurance
Life Insurance provides your family with a source of funds to cover expenses and a steady line of income in the event of your death. Life Insurance benefits are available in 5, 10, 20 and 30-year renewable and convertible term options, providing you with flexibility in determining the appropriate option to meet your needs. This policy may be renewed at your option, as long as you are under age 90. Renewal rates will be based on your age at the time of renewal. The face amount of the policy is payable to your designated beneficiary upon your death.
- Deferred Compensation Plan
Janus offers a Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan to reward those employees who have contributed to the overall success of the Company. This Plan is in addition to any Bonus Plan for which you may qualify. You will be asked to complete a Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan Agreement, as well as complete a life insurance application, which may require an insurance physical.
- Salary Continuation
Should you die while employed by Janus; the Company will continue paying your salary to your designated beneficiary at your current rate of pay for two years, subject to a maximum cumulative amount of $100,000.
- Vesting
You earn rights to the Company-contributed portion of your Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (called vesting) after remaining with the Company for a given period of time after you become a participant in the Plan. You are always 100% vested in the investment account containing your personal contributions.
