We offer the McDonald's Insurance Program to all of our employees. For more information, click the blue button above that says "McDonald's Insurance Program". If you are a manager (hourly or salary), you are eligible for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance.

We offer paid vactions up to 4 weeks depending on your position in the restaurant. The positions that earn vacations are the primary maintenance man (1 week after one year of service), hourly certified managers (up to 2 weeks per year), assistant salaried managers (up to 3 weeks per year) and restaurant managers (up to 4 weeks per year).

We are willing to work with all types of availabilities as long as they work for the restaurant - after school hours, weekends only, mornings, mids, etc. Many of our employees are college students, work two jobs, high school students, athletes or have other obilgations that only allow them to work restricted or set schedules. We will work with you.

We are a growing company with many different positions throughout our company. People are our #1 priority- both customers and our employees. We have training managers that will work with you and help develope you to the level you want to go from crew person up to restaurant manager and beyond. The sky is the limit!

We offer a 401k retirement plan to all salaried staff. We also offer a stock purchase plan to all employees.

All salaried staff get seven paid holidays per year.

The Gold Card entitles you to receive special discounts at over 60 retailers including Aaron's Rental, Apple, Game Stop, Foot Locker, Sprint, Hollywood Video, T-Mobile, FTD and many more. You also receive a 25% discount on your meal as well as your family or friends, if they are present with you, when you come in to eat on your day off.

When you work, you are entitled to a free meal before, during or after your shift.

Every employee receives a free shirt, hat and name badge when you are hired. You will also receive additional shirts, at no cost, the longer you stay and based on the hours you work. If you are looking to move into management, you will receive a minimum of 3 shirts, 2 pants, 2 ties and a belt. You will also receive additional uniforms as needed. You are responsible for shoes and, as a crew person, black pants and a belt.

We have many different ways to earn extra for just doing your job 100%. We have monthly Corporate Mystery Shops that a restaurant can earn up to $300 per shop which is split up among the crew that is working during the shop. Imagine if you had 10 people working, you could get an extra $30 cash just for doing what you are taught. We get 3 of these per month so it could equate to $900 or $90 per person!! We also have a monthly competition between all of our restaurants that the top 2 stores can win $10 gift cards for each person in the store to the movies. Each restaurant also runs monthly incentive programs in their own restaurants - employee of the month, cash contests, competitions between other restaurants, etc.

A toll-free number available to our employees and their immediate family to ask questions or discuss problems at no cost. The call center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by professionals that speak many different languages. There is no limit to the amount of calls, it is confidential and 100% free.
