Crew members who are still employed with us and worked at least 1300 hours in the previous calendar year are eligible for an annual pay incentive.

Employees receive verbal feedback throughout the year and a written review will be completed twice per year. These written reviews will be used to evaluate your eligibility for a pay increase.
