SALARIED MANAGERS will receive a free meal during an 8 hour shift Free Uniforms are provided to managers. Merit Reviews provided. Eligible employees receive rate increases every six (6) months. Employees who meet or exceed the maximum stated pay rate shall be considered annually for pay increases. Continuing Education offered. McDonald's provides a unique opportunity for employees to receive management experience and college credit hours at the same time. Certified Swing Managers are eligible for one week of paid vacation after one year of continuous service. A vacation week is defined as five (5) days plus (2) days. Swing Managers are eligible for one meal. Managers will receive free uniforms.
