• Vacation

  Salary Managers will receive two weeks paid vacation starting at the beginning of the next calendar year after they started. Salary Managers that work 5 years will received three weeks paid vacation starting at the beginning of the next calendar year after they started.

• Insurance

  Salary Managers that work a month and work 32 hours per week or more can enroll in the McDonald's Health & Welfare Plan. Medical, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term Disability are offered.

• Monthly Bonus

  You will be eligible to receive monthly bonuses dependent upon the stores sales, labor, food cost and transaction counts.

• Paid Biweekly

  Every person is paid biweekly.

• Half Price Meal

  Employees receive a half price meal discount during the shift they work.

• Insurance

  We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision to all employees. McDonald's supplements $10 a month for medical to qualifying individuals.

• Mystery Shop Bonus

  If you are working during the shift when the Mystery Shopper comes to the store, and you help the store receive a grade of 95% or better, you will receive a $10 bonus. If you help the store receive a grade of 100%, you will receive a $20 bonus.

• Vacation

  A Swing Manager slotted as a 1st Assistant or 2nd Assistant only (in this position for 1 year) and completed the class requirements will receive 1 week vacation.

• Insurance

  Swing Manager's that work 32 hours per week or more are offered Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Our organization will contribute 20% towards the medical premium only.

• Monthly Bonus

  You will be eligible to receive monthly bonuses dependent upon the stores sales, labor and food costs if you qualify.
