  If you are a certified Swing Manager or above, you are eligible for one week of paid vacation after one year of continuous service.

  Salaried Manager, you are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation after one year of continuous service and three weeks of paid vacation after 8 years of continuous service.

  Managers will receive free uniforms, with an estimated value of $100.00. The number of free uniforms the employee will receive will be determined by the number of hours he/she is scheduled to work.
