• Beyond Work

  BeyondWork is an internet discount program for recreational products and services. McDonald’s U.S. employees can go online 24 hours a day, seven days a week to find valuable resources and savings on products and services.

• McDonald's Gold Card

  McDonald’s Gold Card is a value-added employment benefit program, designed to reward and thank restaurant managers and crew by offering you special discounts at more than 60 nationally recognized retailed and service providers. The Gold Card has a dedicated web site, that will provide additional discounts and deals.

• Meals

  You are eligible for one free meal for each shift that you work. See a member of your management team for more information about the meal policy.

• Recognition/Team Activities

  Throughout the year, your restaurant sponsors various activities for employees including outings, pizza parties, celebrations, awards and prizes.

• Training

  McDonald's invests a significant amount of time and money in providing life skills and workplace training to you. For example, McDonald's provides English/Spanish as a Second Language training free of charge to employees through e-learning.

• Uniforms

  You will receive two complete uniforms. If you work more than 30 hours per week, you will receive a minimum of three shirts and three pants.
