• Referral Bonus

  If you recruit and refer someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's, a $5 bonus will be paid to you on the spot. If they remain working for 3 months, you will receive $10. And, if they remain working for 6 months, you will receive $25.

• Mystery Shop Bonus

  If you are working during the shift when the Mystery Shopper comes to the store and you help the store receive a grade of 95% or better, you will receive a $10 gift card from McDonald's, HEB or Wal-Mart.

• Paid Time Off Card

  During each month, if you do not miss a day of work or are not late, you will receive one Paid Time Off Card. If you come in to work when called in, you will receive one Paid Time Off Card. Each card is good for one FREE work hour.

• Special Prices for Employees

  When employees schedule a birthday party @ McDonald's for their child, they will receive a 50% discount. Discount is offered ONLY for birthday party guest children Happy Meals - adults meals @ regular price.

• Happy Meal Display Raffle

  Each store will raffle away their monthly Happy Meal display to crew and managers. Interested employees will sign up to win each month.

• Employee Scholarships

  We offer, as an organization, 2 - $250 scholarships per semester, for employees continuing to work on a full or part time basis. Employees must fill out an application and the applications are submitted to an independent committee for review and are awared to two recipients each semester from all stores.

• Employee Tuition Reimbursement

  McDonald's may reimburse an employee who attends college and works part or full time. The employee must first apply for the employee scholarship listed above. Those that are not awarded the above scholarship, are then considered for tuition reimbursement. The tuition reimbursement amount is $250 per semester and will not be awarded if the employee is given full financial aid. The employee must let us know if they received full financial aid and that classes were completed. Reimbursement will be given after the semester is completed. Employee must be in good standing with the company and final decision for reimbursement lies with McDonald's management.
