- CAREER OPPORTUNITIES:
You can move up in pay and position from crew to crew trainer, crew supervisor, swing manager, manager, or maintenance. Just let your store manager know plus call the office at 227-5004, ask for Marie. We send our managers to management schools.

- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE:
Flexible schedule to meet your personal needs (such as housewives, students, shifts no longer than 6 hours if requested)
- STARTING PAY:
Starting Wage at $7.25 up to $7.50 depending on the location.
- PAY INCREASES:
Pay increase after 1st 30 days, then 60 days later, then 4 months later, and performance evaluations every 6 months.
- PAID VACATION OR COLLEGE TUI
We provide college tuition reimbursement up to $1200.00 per year for tuition to an accredited college for all of our employees. Below are the requirements
- HALF PRICED DISCOUNT ON MEALS
Priced Discount on Meals for employees eating in restaurant 30 minutes before or after shift or during break.
- DISCOUNT FOR FAMILY MEMBERS:
15% Discount on food for family members. Good for up to 6 family members plus the employee.
- UNIFORMS PROVIDED:
Uniforms will be provided to all employees.
- EMPLOYEE APRECIATION DAY:
Employee Appreciation day once per month to recognize all employees within our organization .
- QUARTERLY CREW ACTIVITIES
Quarterly Crew Activities such as summer picnic, Christmas Party, etc.
- EMPLOYE OF THE MONTH:
An outstanding employee who demonstrates to be exceptional in areas of customer service, assisting management and fellow employees. The employee earns $20.00 cash, $30.00 free food, McDonald's gift, and Employee of the Month lapel pin.
- PREMIUM PAY FOR LATE NIGH
Premium pay for late night shift (11pm-6am) of $.50. The employee must work more than 3 hours to receive late night pay.
