Store Manager
Hours: Flexible
Pay: Above Average
Description: Individual that has leadership skills and the ability to delegate and follow up on action items. Individual must be able to work through others to accomplish the goals of the restaurant. We are fast food restaurant and our goal is to give customers a wonderful experience. If you have the ability to train, develop staff, and manage profitability, fill out the online assesment and let's schedule a time for an interview. Duties: * Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, training coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, following up and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures. * Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and analysis in operations reports; completing action plans; identifying needed system improvements; implementing production and food preparation changes. * Meets restaurant financial objectives by estimating requirements; contributing information for annual budget preparation; implementing and controlling expenditure schedules; analyzing variances; initiating approved corrective actions; helping promote the restaurant; increasing sales; improving profits. * Keeps restaurant equipment operating by following operating instructions; teaching employees proper use and maintenance of equipment; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs; * Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing chain standards and procedures; complying with sanitation and legal regulations; maintaining pest control, trash removal, landscaping services; and security services. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending chain educational workshops; reviewing fast food management publications. * Accomplishes chain goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
