Description: As an hourly manager trainee, you will spend several months learning our business in order to gain a high level of competency and experience. After successful completion of your training, you will be promoted to Shift Manager. You will earn a pay increase and become responsible for the management of restaurant systems and people. With a continued desire to succeed you will begin to climb the ladder of opportunity. Swing Managers with the best performance and most flexible shift availability are eligible for promotion to salaried Assistant Manager.

Pay: $27,500 - $38,000 per year

Description: We are looking for driven, high energy level, motivated individuals to work in our franchise. If you have skills that encompass outstanding customer service, strong leadership, sound judgment, good oral and written communications, you may have found your new career. As a salaried Manager Trainee, you will spend several months learning our business in order to gain competency and experience in all areas of our operations. After successful completion of your training, you will be promoted to a salaried Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in operating a multi-million dollar restaurant. You will be able to continue your climb up the ladder of opportunity.

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

Description: Looking for a hands-on, self starter who likes to do things right the first time. In this mostly self supervised role, you will be responsible for assisting the store management in maintaining the restaurant and its equipment at peak performance levels. In any given day you may clean the parking lot, repair a leaky faucet, clean a commode or challenge yourself in learning how to repair something new.
