Description: Full-time salaried position requires 24/7 availability A) Assisting with implementation and follow up on a standard Stagg training system for all restaurants (a) Learn the �The First 3 Shifts� training process that all new crew would receive (b) Help restaurants to implement the �The first 3 Shifts� process (c) Implement correct usage of the e learning & SOC program in each restaurant (d) Review training needs with People Department Manager using the Training Needs Analysis (e) Work shoulder to shoulder with the People Department Managers in the restaurants (f) Attend People Department meetings (g) Complete Crew Trainer Verifications at the restaurants (h) Complete 30, 60, & 90 Day Training Follow Ups at stores B) Facilitate or Co-facilitate Training Classes (a) Crew Trainer Workshop (b) SMX Manager Training Classes (d) Prepare and follow up on FRDM Classes (e) ServSafe Classes Job Requirements Strong background in the QSR industry Passion for training and development Systems Oriented Reliable transportation and ability to travel to training sites Professional Appearance Well organized, self reliant and confident Plus Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel programs helpful Knowledge of the McDonald�s Restaurant Department Management System is helpful Bi-lingual ServSafe Certified
