Description: Are you a leader? Are you a coach? Do you enjoy helping people reach their goals? A career in McDonald?s management might be for you! HOURLY SHIFT MANAGER TRAINEE: As an hourly Shift Manager Trainee, you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will attend McDonald?s Management Development classes in order to advance to Certified Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 12 months in this program. SALARIED MANAGER TRAINEE: (Previous McDonald's management experience preferred.) You will spend six to nine months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity.
